Return & Warranty Work

Filing a return or warranty claim is a very simple process. Below is a form asking a few questions. Please make sure your device is eligible for a return here. Once the form is filled out someone will contact you within 24 hours. You will receive a Prepaid shipping label sent to your email. Please print it out and ship back the device. Allow 24-48 hours after a delivery to process a refund , exchange, or repair at buyer's choice.
